Officers found 45-year-old Brice Gabbert near Gladstone Boulevard and North Brighton Avenue on Saturday morning. Investigators say there are no signs of foul play. Gabbert was first reported missing by Kansas City police on Friday. He was last seen on July 12 near Independence Avenue and Prospect Avenue. He was using public transportation to get from point A to point B. His family told police they were very concerned for his safety and well-being.
