Convicted felon arrested in fatal shooting at Buchkead gas station – WSB-TV Channel 2

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department said it has a man in custody in connection with a deadly shooting at a Buckhead gas station Thursday morning.

News on channel 2 It was reported early Thursday that a shooting at a Chevron gas station on Morosgo Drive in Buckhead was being investigated by APD after a man was found dead.

Preliminary investigation and witness information at the scene shared with Steve Gehlbach of Channel 2, said the victim was shot after becoming involved in an argument with a gas station security guard.

On Friday afternoon, police said Antonio Dean, 34, had been arrested in connection with the deadly shooting.

The victim has not yet been identified by Atlanta police.

Dean was charged with murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
