Brooklyn, NY – Car crash with injuries on W 12th St

Brooklyn, NY (July 25, 2024) – Shortly after 6 p.m. on July 25, Brooklyn police received a report of a car crash with injuries. Emergency responders responded to the scene in the 1500 block of West 12th Street. At least one person was injured in the crash. The names of the injured have not yet been released. The street was closed for an extended period of time while police worked on the scene. Local motorists were asked to use alternate routes while emergency responders were on scene.

The police are continuing their investigation.
