The documents show that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development launched an investigation into Hill last year, accusing her of applying for and receiving a $428,000 government loan to pay for a home mortgage.

That home was sold by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is the same one that state investigators say Hill took over after fraudulently obtaining power of attorney for a 96-year-old woman.

They said Hill also took $100,000 of the woman’s money and allegedly spent it on purchases such as a facelift.

Hill has denied any wrongdoing and has not been charged with any federal crimes.
