Woman suspected of murder after man struck and killed by car in Norco – Press Enterprise

NORCO – A 34-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of fatally striking a man with her vehicle during a domestic dispute in Norco today.

According to Sergeant Jarred Bishop of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, officers responded to a serious traffic accident involving a pedestrian in the 1200 block of Hamner Avenue around 12:25 a.m. Tuesday.

Investigators determined that 57-year-old Bahman Nowrozi of Riverside suffered injuries consistent with a traffic accident. Nowrozi was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as 34-year-old Aubrey McGee of Riverside. Sheriff’s officials said McGee and Nowrozi had a domestic dispute shortly before McGee allegedly struck the victim.

She was arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to the Robert Presley Detention Center.
