Call for CCTV after sexual assault on woman in Nottingham city centre street

Police have released CCTV footage as part of their investigation into a sexual assault in Nottingham city centre. The victim, a woman in her twenties, was in Lincoln Street at around 9.45am on Sunday 28 April when she was approached by a man.

Nottinghamshire Police believe the man in the picture may have information that can help their investigation and have asked anyone who knows him to come forward.

PC Feron Thomas of Nottinghamshire Police said: “This was an extremely disturbing incident for the woman involved and we are determined to track down whoever is responsible.”

“We have reviewed a large amount of video surveillance footage and are now asking the public for help in identifying the person in this image who we would like to speak to.”
