Odessan accused of raping three girls

An Odessa man was arrested Tuesday after three children told authorities he had sexually abused them multiple times over the past two years.

According to an Odessa Police report, officers received a call from Medical Center Hospital on Sunday after a 12-year-old girl reported that Bryan Adam Fallin sexually abused her on Friday and on at least five other occasions since 2023.

During the investigation into the girl’s statements, two other girls, ages 13 and 14, said they had also been sexually abused by Fallin, the report said.

According to the report, “both reports described consistent modus operandi in the attack.”

All three victims were examined by a sex crimes nurse, who found evidence that at least one of the girls had been anally abused, the report said.

Fallin was arrested on suspicion of aggravated sexual abuse of a child. He remained in the Ector County Jail Wednesday evening on $75,000 bail.
