Amber Alert in Tennessee for missing 7-year-old girl

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – The TBI has issued an Amber Alert for a 7-year-old girl in Jefferson County, Tennessee.

Serenity Alanna Marie Kinsey was last seen at her home on Indian Creek Road in Dandridge around 1:00 a.m. According to the TBI, she was wearing black shorts and a blue shirt. Serenity is autistic and nonverbal.
The young girl is 91 cm tall, weighs 25 kg, has curly blonde hair and blue eyes.
