Lancaster County man allegedly shot people with a pistol

MANHEIM, Pa. – A Lancaster County man is facing charges following an alleged shooting incident in the Manheim area earlier this month.

According to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police, 23-year-old Joseph Moore is charged with terroristic threats and reckless endangerment following the investigation into an alleged incident in the 200 block of Doe Run Road in Manheim on June 15.

Three victims told police that Moore was one of several people on an ATV who fired a handgun in their direction. The victims said they saw bullets ricocheting off a pond in their direction.

Police contacted Moore, the owner of the 9mm pistol.

Authorities did not provide further details about the incident.
