Woman arrested after telling Arkansas governor to ‘blow up the office’ | KTVE

FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas (KNWA/KFTA) – A woman is charged with two felony counts for threatening to blow up the governor’s office, District Attorney Daniel Shue said.

Susan Scott, 66, allegedly called the governor’s office and threatened to build a bomb and “blow up the office,” the affidavit states.

According to police, Scott was still threatening Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders on June 14 when they attempted to arrest her at her home. Scott resisted arrest and “head-butted” the officer, the affidavit states.

Scott was charged with threaten to cause a catastrophe And Second degree assault on a public servant. Her bail was set at $500,000.
