Man from Bismarck sentenced for air rifle incident

A Bismarck man, Eduardo Diaz, was sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty Tuesday to terrorizing and criminal damage. The charges stem from an incident last summer when Diaz used a pellet gun to shoot out his neighbor’s windows and threatened him. As part of his probation, Diaz is prohibited from drinking alcohol or visiting establishments that serve alcohol. He is also prohibited from possessing or using firearms.
