Sunny and warm today, with extreme heat on Tuesday that could last for the rest of the week

NOW: A nice start to the working week, lots of sun, warmer temperatures between 25 and 27 degrees low and 27 degrees high. But that will change as the weather progresses. Humidity will increase and temperatures will rise. We could experience the first heatwave of the season.

NEXT: The heat warning begins at noon tomorrow and lasts until Thursday, which is expected to be the hottest day. Temperatures will be in the 30s for almost all of us, and at least that’s what it will feel like when you factor in the humidity. No rain is forecast until the end of the week, with a chance of a few showers again on Friday to try and cool things down!

FORECAST:

TUESDAY: Hot and humid. High 90.

WEDNESDAY: Hot and humid, lots of sun. High 91.

THURSDAY: Hazy, hot and humid. High 92.
