One dead and another grazed by bullet in shooting in Frayser

MEMPHIS, Tennessee (WMC) – A man was found dead in Frayser.

Memphis police investigated the scene of a shooting on Durham Avenue around 3 a.m. Tuesday.

Officials said a bullet grazed a second man. He was treated at the scene.
