Manhattan man arrested for taking photos up a woman’s skirt in an East Farmingdale store

A 30-year-old Manhattan man accused of shooting a woman up her skirt at an East Farmingdale store faces a charge of unlawful surveillance, police said.

According to authorities, Christopher St. Surin used his cellphone to photograph the 43-year-old victim at the Dollar Tree on Broadhollow Road on May 9.

According to police, St. Surin was arrested on Friday at around 9:50 p.m.

Anyone who believes they are a victim is urged to call the police.
