TULSA COUNTY, Oklahoma – A Tulsa woman is in jail after she says she led police on a chase during a shooting spree.

Broken Arrow police said Ashley Aguilar was arrested for drunk driving, reckless driving and multiple hit-and-runs.

According to a police report, officers responded to a hit-and-run crash at the corner of Houston Street and Olive Avenue in Broken Arrow around 4:40 p.m. Monday.

According to police, Aguilar first hit one vehicle with her car and then rammed another vehicle while trying to leave the scene of the accident.

One of the victims followed Aguilar to a driveway, where she rammed her car three more times, causing damage to the fence and another victim’s car.

According to the report, Aguilar left the private road and continued north on Olive Avenue, where she struck another vehicle and subsequently led police on a chase through a residential area.

According to police, Aguilar drove erratically during the chase, hitting curbs, swerving from one side of the road to the other and driving over 60 mph in the neighborhood.

According to police, Aguilar drove over a curb and through a front yard before colliding head-on with another parked vehicle.

Police arrested Aguilar, who showed numerous signs of intoxication. She also had no insurance, her registration was expired and her license plate was tampered with, police said.

Aguilar was booked into the Tulsa County Jail around 11 p.m. Monday on $22,000 bail.
