HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – An Ohio County woman is facing drug charges after she was found hiding in a closet during a search, according to authorities.

Sheriff Adam Wright says the sheriff’s office began conducting surveillance on a residence in Cromwell and discovered that a woman was inside who had multiple felony warrants for her arrest.

A search warrant was executed around midnight on Friday and, according to authorities, Cathryn Decker was found hiding in a closet.

Officers also said they found several grams of suspected meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Decker was taken into custody on four outstanding warrants from Logan County. The following facts were the subject of the warrants:

  • No-show (x2)
  • Heavy trafficking (> 28 grams of fentanyl)
  • Drug paraphernalia – supply/manufacture

Wright said the Ohio County grand jury would bring new charges against Decker and others who were in the home at the time.
