Police find bullet casings in shooting at Disney concert hall, but no victim

Los Angeles police found evidence of a shooting in or around the Walt Disney Concert Hall on Thursday evening, but officers were unable to find anyone injured.

Police responded to the 100 block of Grand Avenue shortly after 6 p.m. following reports of a group brawl and a possible shooting, LAPD Officer Kevin Terzes said.

Officers found shell casings in the area, he said, but no victims. Terzes did not know where exactly the shell casings were found.

Police said on X that Grand Avenue and Hope Street between 1st and 2nd streets were closed due to the investigation.
