An 87-year-old man died in a house fire in St. Cloud Thursday morning, the city’s fire department said. St. Cloud fire crews responded to a home in the 1300 block of 4th Street just after 7:30 a.m., where they spotted smoke coming from inside. They pulled the man from the fire and began life-saving measures, but he died at the scene, the St. Cloud Fire Department said. An 87-year-old man died in a house fire in St. Cloud on Thursday morning, the city’s fire department said.

St. Cloud Fire Department responded to a home in the 1300 block of 4th Street shortly after 7:30 a.m. where they found smoke billowing.

They pulled the man from the fire and began life-saving measures, but he died at the scene, St. Cloud Fire said.
