Incident IQ cooperates with Level Access to improve digitalization

Compliance with these standards ensures Incident IQ’s interoperability with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice input devices and text readers, providing an equitable user experience for all.

After a comprehensive evaluation by Level Access, the company publishes its VPAT WCAG 2.2which indicates the software’s conformance to WCAG Level AA. Developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in collaboration with disability advocates, government agencies, and accessibility research organizations, WCAG is a common set of technical standards for digital accessibility. To comply with various laws, including Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, software products must conform to applicable WCAG criteria. The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) assesses how accessible a given product is based on the WCAG criteria.
