3 offensive players who could become surprise contributors for Atlanta

It’s less about Storm Norton and more about the fact that Kaleb McGary is ahead of him. When forced into action last season, Norton was solid and didn’t make any of the horrible pass protection blunders that McGary so often has. Atlanta needs to protect a quarterback returning from a season-ending injury if McGary doesn’t quickly improve a move that wouldn’t be at all surprising despite the contract situation.

However, the closer you look at Moore’s career and consider his place in this offense, the more promising the trade looks. Zac Robinson will feed his stars with the football but there are still opportunities in this offense. Looking at Kirk Cousins’ career, there is often a tendency to find chemistry with one of his depth/speed receivers and constantly look to that player in the big positions.

Moore can be that player in Robinson’s offense with a better quarterback and better stability around him. As of now, Moore is the third receiver on the list with Drake London and Darnell Mooney clearly ahead of him. This is the role Moore is best suited for and will give him a chance to flourish with this offense. Keep a close eye on Moore as this season begins.
