Canandaigua man arrested for raping teen; Police fear more victims – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Canandaigua man has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor, and local authorities fear there may be more victims.

New York State Police were originally at Joshua Abril-Alicea’s apartment to serve a search warrant when they observed the 28-year-old leaving the apartment with a teenage girl. Abril-Alicea for rape 3. (E-Felony) for alleged sexual intercourse with a child under 17 years old.
