Man killed in three-vehicle crash on Eastex Freeway

A man has died in a serious accident on the IH-69 Eastex Northbound Freeway.

The accident was reported at 11:43 a.m. Saturday morning and involved at least three vehicles. At least one of the vehicles involved was a motorcycle.

Paramedics attempted resuscitation at the scene, but the man died. It is unclear whether he was still at the scene when his death was confirmed.

Another person was reportedly transported to a nearby hospital, but we do not have an update on their condition.

Another person involved was arrested at the scene and it is currently unclear what led to the accident.
