Fugitive arrested for raping young woman in her sleep in the Bronx

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – Wall Township Police reported several incidents between July 2 and July 4, 2024, resulting in arrests for various offenses, including driving while intoxicated, obstruction of justice, and possession of controlled substances.

On Monday, July 1, Jason S. Posner, 35, of Staten Island, was arrested by Patrolman Tyler Martin for DUI on Route 138 near New Bedford Road. His case was processed under John’s Law and he was released. Carlos A. Torres, 27, of Neptune, was arrested by Patrolman Kevin Orender after a vehicle stop on State Highway 35. Torres had a warrant out of Neptune Township Municipal Court. It was processed and he was released.

In another case, Lakita T. Gibson, 55, of Manchester, was arrested by Patrolman Chris Roeck for obstruction of law during the investigation of a dispute at the Glen Wall Heights Apartments on 18th Avenue. Her case was cited and released on summons. Likewise, Shanae J. Knight, 36, of Belmar, was arrested by Patrolman John Kelly for obstruction of law at the Glen Wall Heights Apartments on 18th Avenue. Her case was cited and released on summons. Almalike R. Faniel, 46, of Wall Township, was arrested by Patrolman Wayne Jackson for obstruction of law and evading apprehension during a dispute at the Glen Wall Heights Apartments on 18th Avenue. His case was cited and released on summons.

On Wednesday, July 3, Detective Devon Corso arrested Julie A. Rizzitello, 36, of Brick. She was charged with sexual assault, sexual abuse and witness tampering. Rizzitello was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution where she awaited a detention hearing on Wednesday, July 10. Daniel S. Ajay, 21, of New Brunswick, was arrested by Patrolman Chris Roeck for DUI on Interstate 195. He was arrested under John’s Law and released. Additionally, Sean A. Taylor, 47, of Brick, was arrested by Patrolman Alexandra Clayton for DUI while checking a suspicious vehicle at 1915 Atlantic Avenue. He was arrested under John’s Law and released.

On Thursday, July 4, Patrolman Joseph Antunez arrested Rami Milul, 27, of Fort Lee, for DUI following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. His case was registered and released under John’s Law. Lorenza Smith, 3rd, 25, of Freehold, was arrested by Patrolman TJ Powers following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. Smith had an outstanding warrant from the Middletown Township Municipal Court. He was registered and released. Jessica M. Francis, 31, of Toms River, was arrested by Patrolman Tyler Martin for DUI following a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near Allenwood Road. Her case was registered and released under John’s Law.

In another incident, Jesus T. Salmoran, 41, of Wall Township, was arrested by Patrolman Kevin Donegan for possession of methamphetamine during a welfare check of a vehicle at the corner of Belmar Blvd and Washington Avenue. Salmoran was cited and released on summons. Davis W. Allen, 28, of Wayne, was arrested by Patrolman Tyler Martin for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. He was cited and released on John’s Law.
