Outed actor Mike Heslin dies at age 30

Mike Heslin, a Los Angeles-based actor who has worked in lioness And The holiday proposal plandied on July 2nd. He was 30 years old.

His husband, Scotty Dynamo (born Nicolas James Wilson), shared the news on social media.

“On July 2nd my husband, best friend and soulmate @mikeheslin passed away from an unexpected heart attack after a week-long battle in the hospital,” he wrote in an Instagram post over the weekend. “Michael was young, in excellent health and doctors have no explanation for what happened.”

Dynamo, who married Heslin just eight months ago, then shared memories of his late husband.

“Michael was brilliant, selfless, talented and a true guardian angel. He single-handedly carried me through multiple stages of cancer. He was the first person everyone called to share good news and he was the perfect person to call when you needed a shoulder to lean on or the best advice. He was truly the sweetest, most caring and loving man on earth and he brought out the absolute best in everyone who crossed his path. He walked through life with such ease and confidence and made everyone around him a better version of themselves.”

The photo carousel shared by Dynamo includes photos of Heslin as a child and on her wedding day.

“No matter how difficult things got, we knew there was nothing we couldn’t overcome with Mike by our side.”

Dynamo continued, “Michael, meeting you was the best thing that ever happened to me. You are my world. You are everything to me. When I felt your last breath, my heart shattered into a thousand pieces. If I had the power to trade places with you, I would in a heartbeat. But I will take it day by day, like you always told me, and live each day to honor you. Just a week ago, we were in the early stages of starting a family and regularly exchanged our favorite baby names for our future children. You always told me that you felt you were destined to be a father, and I couldn’t agree more. You would be the most perfect father in the world. If I ever become a father, I will name my son after you and hope that I manage to raise him to be a man at least half as good as you.”

“You were the most generous and giving person,” he wrote. “It comforts me to know that through your desire to be a donor, you have given the gift of life to four different families. There are still three weeks until your birthday and four months until our first wedding anniversary, but I know you are in a better place and that heaven has gained another angel.”

He concluded: “Michael, to quote Shania Twain, I will love you ‘forever and ever.'”

Heslin’s latest Instagram post shows him next to Dynamo and reads: “Birds of a feather flock together…”
