Police investigate shooting at Showbox SoDo in Seattle

SEATTLE – Seattle police are investigating after shots were fired during a concert at the Showbox SoDo Friday night.

According to the Seattle Police Department, no one was injured when a suspect fired at least one shot into the ceiling of the venue around 10:30 p.m. Showbox SoDo is located in the 1700 block of First Avenue South in Seattle.

A suspect who fled the scene was arrested and is in police custody. The firearm was also seized, police said.

The officers found cartridge cases in the concert hall.

Rapper Bossman Dlow was scheduled to perform at the Showbox SoDo on Friday night. The concert venue is closed during the investigation, police said.
