Homicide investigation underway after man found dead at Coral Springs mall

CORAL SPRINGS, Florida. – A murder investigation is underway after police said the body of a man was found outside a Coral Springs Mall, Tuesday morning.

Coral Springs police confirmed to Local 10 News Wednesday afternoon that the victim is 28-year-old Kinolee Gardner, who would have turned 29 on July 27.

Just after 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Sky 10 was above the crime scene at the corner of Wiles Road and 110th Avenue when yellow evidence markers were seen on the ground near the body.

Gardner’s body was eventually covered with a tarp.
