Homicide investigation underway after man and woman found dead in Northern California home

(FOX40.COM) — Elk Grove police say an investigation is underway after a man and woman were found dead in their home.

Police said officers responded to a report of “suspicious circumstances” at a home on Crosscourt Way at 2:13 p.m. Friday.

The reporting person told police they went to their family’s home after several unsuccessful attempts to contact them. When they entered the home, the person found their family members dead, police said.

After the investigation, the police announced that the man and woman may have been victims of a murder.
