Accident involving two vehicles takes driver to hospital

On Friday evening, around 6:37 p.m., a two-vehicle accident occurred at Road T and US 160 in Seward County.

A 2023 Chevy Silverado, driven by Nicholas Biddle, 19, of Wichita, was traveling southbound on Rd T. A 2017 Nissan Rogue, driven by James Perez, 42, of Hugoton, was traveling westbound on US 160. Biddle failed to yield and struck Perez. Both vehicles ended up upright in the westbound ditch on Rd T.

Biddle and Perez were taken to Southwest Medical Center with suspected minor injuries.
