The Orange County Register identified the victim as 60-year-old Bonnye Mavis Lear, who worked in membership services at Club 33, a private dining club at Disneyland.

“We are heartbroken over the loss of Bonnye and extend our sincere condolences to everyone who cared for her,” Disneyland Resort President Ken Potrock said in a statement to the outlet. “At this time, our focus is on supporting her family and our Cast Members through this tragic event and ensuring they have the resources they need.”

Disney theme park vlogger Just Ask Danny also paid tribute to Lear in X, writing, “I used to work with Bonnye and she was literally the nicest person to work at Disneyland Resort. This is really very sad for her family and her fellow members at the club.”
