Transsexual inmate rapes biological female inmate in California prison

According to a report by Breitbart, a transgender prisoner raped a biological female inmate at the Central California Women’s Facility:

“A criminal complaint states that the suspect, identified as 51-year-old Tremaine “Tremayne” Deon Carroll, faces two counts of rape and one count of ‘discouraging a witness from testifying,'” Fox News reported Monday, adding that he has a lengthy criminal history.

“One of the alleged victims of the Jan. 30 incident is a biological female identified in court documents as Jane Doe, who said Carroll assaulted and raped her in the shower at the Central California Women’s Facility. The lawsuit also mentions another unidentified victim. Carroll has since been transferred to Kern Valley State Prison, a men-only facility in Delano, online records show.

“Women’s rights activists told Fox News Digital that Carroll, who was the public face of a campaign in support of California’s SB 132 law that allows transgender inmates to be housed in a facility that matches their gender identity, is a textbook example of why the law harms incarcerated women.

“In March, a male felon living as a woman was accused of having sex with a female prisoner in Washington state, Breitbart News reports.

“The suspect – identified as Bryan Kim, who performs under the name Amber FayeFox Kim – was found guilty in 2008 of two counts of aggravated premeditated murder after stabbing his father to death and beating and strangling his mother to death.”
