Man stabbed to death in house at Niagara Falls

NIAGARA FALLS, NY — Niagara Falls police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred early Saturday morning.

Shortly after 2 a.m., officers were called to a dispute at a home on Vanderbilt Avenue.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found an unconscious man lying on the ground who had presumably been stabbed.

Firefighters and paramedics arrived on scene and attempted to resuscitate him. The man was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police questioned two people who were in the house at the time of the incident. They were later released.
