50 Cent filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex Daphne Joy after she accused the rapper of raping and physically abusing her.

According to a lawsuit obtained by Page Six, the “In da Club” rapper claims the model only accused him of harming her because he requested sole custody of her 11-year-old son, Sire, after her alleged gender reveal Employees of Sean “Diddy” Combs were named in a lawsuit.

The 48-year-old “Many Men” host attached a letter his lawyers sent to Joy, 37, on April 2, asking her to remove the post and retract her statement.

However, the mother-of-one refused and her lawyers reportedly demanded millions of dollars and asked him to drop the custody battle so that the photo would be removed from Instagram.

The “Power” creator is seeking more than $1 million in damages and a court order that Joy remove the post and stop making any further defamatory comments about him.

Page Six reached out to Joy for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

On March 28, the OnlyFans model wrote a scathing message to 50.

“Let’s really focus on your true evil deeds of raping and physically abusing me,” she claimed at the time. “You are no longer my oppressor and my God will deal with you from now on.”

Joy also criticized 1950s parenting, writing that he only saw her son “ten times in the two years” when they lived a mile away from him in New York.

“I am tired of maintaining and protecting an image for our son that you have never deserved,” she wrote.

In a statement to Page Six, the actor’s rep criticized the “disturbing” allegations.

“Daphne Joy’s recent false and unfounded allegations are clearly a response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. “My son Sire is my top priority and my only focus at this time is keeping him in a safe environment,” the statement said.

50 and Joy dated from 2011 to 2012 and split a few months after their son was born.
