A sixth woman has filed assault allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs in a new lawsuit, claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her in New York City in the 1990s.

The lawsuit, obtained by PEOPLE, was filed by April Lampos and her attorneys in New York Supreme Court on Thursday, May 23, against Combs, his record label Bad Boy Records, Arista Records and others, alleging assault, sexual abuse, negligent infliction of emotional distress and violation of the Gender-Based Violence Protection Act.

In the lawsuit, Lampos described four “terrifying sexual encounters” she had with Combs, including one instance in which the rapper forced her to take “ecstasy” and have sex with his then-girlfriend Kim Porter. She also claimed that Porter “retaliated” and that she and Combs caused her to lose her job.

Lampos claimed she met Combs in 1994 when she was a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), and he often invited her to his Bad Boy Records studio in New York City. She said he promised her at the time that he would introduce her to “music and fashion industry executives” and help her find a job.

Lampos said their encounters took a turn after he invited her to a Father’s Day celebration with Bad Boy Records, where he initially displayed “friendly gestures” that she said “manifested” into an “aggressive, coercive and abusive sex-based relationship,” the lawsuit states.

The woman said their first “horrific” encounter occurred in 1995, when Combs allegedly “pressured” her to drink at a New York City bar. Lampos claimed she was then taken back to his hotel, where Combs “lunged at her” and “raped her,” even though she tried to “avoid the interaction.”

Lampos claimed the musician then sent her “gifts, cards and flowers” and also gave her “access” to music industry events in an attempt to “lure her back.” She said she agreed to meet with him to discuss business opportunities and he “gained her trust back.”

However, she claimed that a second sexual assault occurred when he “forced her to her knees” and made her “perform oral sex” on him against her will in front of a parking garage attendant. Lampos said this encounter caused her to “distance herself” from Combs again, but she returned because of his threats and “connections” that ensured she “accomplished his demands.”

She claimed she was sexually assaulted by Combs in 1996, when the musician summoned Lampos to his Manhattan apartment and forced her and his then-girlfriend Porter to “take ecstasy.” She said he then “demanded” that Porter have sex with Lampos, and when she “vociferously objected,” he “reminded” her that “he could cost her her job,” court documents say. After she and Porter “had sex,” she claimed Combs “pushed Porter away” and “raped” her again.

According to court documents, Lampos’ last encounter with Combs was in late 2000 or early 2001. She said she ended the relationship in 1998, but ran into him again at Rockefeller Center, where he expressed that he “missed her.” She said she left the area, but he “kept calling her,” and she eventually allowed him to come to her apartment.

She said when he arrived, he apologized for his “past behavior” and told her he was “a different person” before he began “dropping hints about them having sex.” Lampos claimed Combs then “forcibly grabbed her and forced himself on her” and “began kissing and touching her against her will.”

In court documents, Lampos said she opened the door and told Combs to leave because “he hadn’t changed at all” and she knew he was in a relationship with Jennifer Lopez at the time.

The amount of damages she is demanding is not known.

Diddy’s representatives and Lampos’ attorneys did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

The news comes after Combs’ ex Casandra “Cassie” Ventura issued a statement following the release of a video showing her being physically abused by Combs at a Los Angeles hotel in 2016.

“Domestic violence is THE problem. It has made me into someone I never thought I would become. Thanks to hard work, I am better today, but I will always have to recover from the past,” she wrote.

In addition to Lampos and Ventura, four other women and one man are facing lawsuits against the “Victory” rapper for sexual assault/harassment.
