A man has been arrested in a horrific attack caught on camera in the Bronx in which a woman was tied from behind with a belt, dragged unconscious between two cars and raped.

Kashaan Parks was arrested Saturday and accused of running up behind the 45-year-old victim, then catching her with a belt and pulling her to the ground, causing her to “lose consciousness” around 3 a.m. on May 1, the Police with.

The victim was attacked near East 152nd Street and Third Avenue, the NYPD said.

“The man then dragged the victim between two cars and sexually assaulted her,” the NYPD said in a news release.

Police released photos Friday showing the face of the suspect, who was masked in the footage. They also identified 39-year-old Parks as a suspect.

The NYPD’s Special Victims Unit is investigating the violent sexual assault, police said.

The victim was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition.

According to police, the victim stopped cooperating with authorities.

As of May 5, a total of 511 rapes were reported across the city, the same number as during this period last year.
