Teenager killed in shooting on Killeen Avenue I | KWKT

KILLEEN, Texas (FOX44) – Killeen Police report a 17-year-old boy is the seventh murder victim of the year in their city.

Police said the victim was found when they responded to a report of a shooting in the 600 block of Avenue I around 2:31 p.m. Monday.

The victim was found in a residential building.

As of Tuesday morning, no information had been released on the suspect and few details were available on the circumstances of the shooting. The victim’s name was being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
