Silver Alert issued for missing Anderson man

ANDERSON, IN – A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Anderson man.

Anderson Police are looking for 77-year-old Shellie Isiah Foard. He is described as a 6-foot-tall, 200-pound black man with a bald head and brown eyes.

He was last seen on Wednesday, July 10, at 4 p.m. He was wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt, jeans and tennis shoes and was driving a blue 2015 Chevy Silverado with Indiana license plate TK171MXR.

He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.
