Insane man injures three strangers in series of random attacks that begin on a New York City train

A crazed man stabbed three strangers in a series of unprovoked attacks that began on a train in Queens, cops and law enforcement sources said.

The mentally disturbed man pulled out a razor and randomly slashed a 45-year-old passenger in the left ear and arm on the E train heading to Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer Station at around 8:20 a.m. to begin his killing spree, police said.

The stabber got off at the Queens Plaza subway station in Long Island City and walked onto the street, where he struck again, slashing the left side of a 23-year-old man’s face and the right side of a 32-year-old man’s face on 27th Street near 43rd Avenue, police said.

Paramedics also took the killer to NYC Health+Hospitals Elmhurst for a psychological evaluation, police said. Charges against him were pending as of Saturday afternoon.

Saturday morning’s massacres occurred less than 24 hours after 40-year-old Johnny Medina was brutally stabbed to death in the 175th St. A subway station in Washington Heights. Police arrested 24-year-old Diego Figueroa-Hepner for Saturday’s killing and charged him with murder and weapons possession.
