Nationwide Amber Alert issued for missing 15-year-old in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KBTX) – An Amber Alert has been issued for Savanna Cardenas, a 15-year-old girl reported missing from San Antonio.

According to authorities, Cardenas was last seen around 6 a.m. on June 13 at 191 West Loop 1604 South in San Antonio.

She is described as a 5’4″ white girl with black hair, brown eyes and weighing 150 pounds.

In connection with the incident, officers are searching for an unidentified 45 to 50 year old woman with blonde hair who may be driving a silver Ford Fusion.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
