Rapper Enchanting dies at 26

The hip-hop community mourns a tragic loss.

Magical—an up-and-coming rapper who was formerly signed to Gucci Mane‘s 1017 Records – has died, her close friend and collaborator Lil CJ Casino confirmed on social media. She was 26.

“They pulled the plug bro this shit is so fucked up,” Kasino wrote in a June 11 Instagram post. “I just knew you was finna pull throw. You’re gone forever.”

He recalled all the hours they spent together in his studio making music and added: “You’ve come much further than we have. I’ve always told you how proud I am of you.”

The cause of death was not disclosed, but news of the “No Luv” rapper’s death came days after several media outlets reported that she had been placed on life support.

In addition to the message, Kasino also shared a photo of Enchanting – real name Channing Nicole Larry– sitting in a recording booth.
