Person dead after stabbing in west Spokane

SPOKANE, Washington – A stabbing in the 5300 block of West Sunset Highway resulted in one death Wednesday evening.

According to the Spokane Fire Department, the stabbing occurred around 9 p.m. One person suffered serious injuries.

According to Spokane police, one person was killed in the stabbing, and the suspect was still at large at 11 p.m.
