Dozens of civilians killed in Gaza, others injured – Israel’s genocide lasts 232 days

A WAFA correspondent reported that four civilians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a residential apartment belonging to the Joudeh family in Al-Nuri Tower, north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the middle of the Gaza Strip.

In addition, the occupying forces’ fighter jets opened heavy fire on the east of the city of Deir al-Balah.

Meanwhile, numerous civilians were injured by heavy artillery fire and gunfire from occupation aircraft and tanks that attacked the Sheikh Ajlin, Tal al-Hawa and al-Zaytoun neighborhoods in Gaza City.

Heavy explosions were also heard in the Shuhada Junction area south of Gaza City.

At the same time, occupation tanks opened fire near the University College of Applied Sciences, on 8th Street in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood southwest of Gaza City, and on Al-Nafaq Street in the north, causing injuries among civilians.

Due to the intensity of the fire and ongoing artillery shelling, rescue and civilian personnel are having difficulty reaching the target areas.

In Jabalia in the north of the Gaza Strip, the occupation launched a series of air strikes on many areas.

Occupation artillery fired dozens of shells at the eastern border areas between the towns of Deir al-Balah, Khan Yunis and Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

The ongoing Israeli aggression against Gaza since October 7 last year has so far claimed 35,857 Palestinian lives, the majority of them innocent civilians, including children and women, according to preliminary figures. In addition, 80,293 people have been injured.
