A speeding Porsche, allegedly driven by a teenage son of real estate developer Vishal Agarwal, hit a group of friends returning home on motorcycles at around 3.15 am on Sunday. The accident occurred at Kalyani Nagar junction and claimed the lives of two motorcyclists, a man and a woman, both aged 24.

According to current information on this case, the luxury car was driven by the family driver at the time of the accident.

Surendra Kumar Agarwal, the grandfather of the 17-year-old boy, was also questioned by the Crime Branch on Thursday after he vouched for the teenager’s bail and assured the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) that the minor would mend his behaviour.

On Wednesday, News18 also had access to documents which revealed that Surendra Kumar was involved in a shooting case in Pune, which was registered at Bund Garden police station and later transferred to the CBI.

According to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which has charged the boy’s grandfather, he ordered Chhota Rajan to execute Shiv Sena member Ajay Bhosale in 2009.
