Jefferson County man charged after incident involving police and minor – Connect FM | Local News Radio

Jason Roy, 51, of Punxsutawney, a Jefferson County man, has been charged with multiple offenses following a May 26 incident involving a minor and a police officer.

The charges include seduction of a minor, sexual assault, evading arrest, disturbing the peace and several misdemeanors. Roy was accused of mistreating a dog and groping a 14-year-old female dog who confronted him.

He escaped from police, which led to a short chase before his arrest.
