Pensacola man dies in traffic accident at Hannah Circle

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) – A Pensacola man was killed in a one-car crash on Hannah Drive Thursday evening, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

A 57-year-old man was driving on Hannah Circle east of Grimsley Road at 10:43 p.m. when he lost control of his Toyota minivan, according to an accident report.

He veered off the road to the right and crashed into a power pole and a tree.

Escambia County Fire and EMS performed CPR on the man before transporting him to Baptist Hospital, where the driver died.

Why the driver left the road is unknown.

The crime scene is being investigated.
