1 dead in motorcycle accident on Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (July 5, 2024) – A woman died in a motorcycle accident on the Pacific Coast Highway near Coral Cay Lane.

The fatal multi-car crash occurred on the afternoon of July 4. At around 11:00 a.m., a 27-year-old West Covina woman attempted to change lanes, but she lost control of her westbound 2021 Harley-Davidson and collided with a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado in one lane and a 2017 Ford Mustang in another.

Minutes after the accident, Huntington Beach police and paramedics arrived and took her to a hospital, where she died despite receiving medical attention. Her name was not released.
