Public Service Commission completes investigation into Central Hudson’s billing system

An investigation into Central Hudson Gas & Electric found that problems with the billing system have been resolved, according to a report by the New York Public Service Commission.

Central Hudson was ordered to pay a total of over $62 million due to problems with the billing system.

Central Hudson said in a statement that it has worked tirelessly to improve transparency, including hiring over 100 new employees to better serve customers.
