The accused, a native of Bihar, is said to have taken the victim behind a rice mill, raped her and killed her

Peddapalli: Telangana Ministers D. Sridhar Babu and D. Seethakka on Sunday visited the site where a six-year-old girl was raped and murdered by a rice mill worker near Katnapalli in Sultanabad mandal on Thursday night.

Vinod Majji, a native of Bihar and working as a Hamali in a rice mill, is said to have taken the girl behind the rice mill, raped her and killed her.

The ministers along with MPs Vijayaramana Rao, Makkan Singh Raj Thakur and others visited the spot and enquired about the incident. Ramagundam Superintendent of Police M Srinivasulu briefed the ministers about the incident.
