According to the police department, Fridelene Daniel, 34, went to the Boynton Beach Police Department on Nov. 8, 2023, and said her ex-boyfriend, Robens Cesar, had been following her after she ended the relationship with Cesar. Cesar was silent during Daniel’s conversation with Jones.
