Irvine Police Department’s new handsome police dog – NBC Los Angeles

A new dog handler is patrolling the city of Irvine to ensure the safety of residents, Irvine police announced.

Officer Zeke, a brown Belgian Shepherd, has completed his training and joined the K-9 police unit under the care of his partner, Officer Naliboff.

A video posted on the department’s social media account shows Zeke training closely with his partner.

The city police have four additional patrol dogs and two support dogs.
