Man accused of shooting two people during DUI incident in Wilmer: MCSO

WILMER, Alabama (WKRG) – Officials with the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office said they are searching for a man accused of shooting at two people on a go-kart during a road rage incident Wednesday.

A Facebook post by the MCSO said officers were called to the scene of a shooting in which “a truck driver displayed road aggression.”

The victims told them they were driving their go-karts when the man began to chase them, officials said. He then allegedly took a cross-barrel shotgun and fired at the victims.

Both victims were taken to hospital and treated for their injuries before being released.

MCSO officials said the truck the man was driving was a gold 2010 GMC Extended Cab Sierra.
